At L&L, most of our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered
Incorrect color selected
Change of mind
Personal preference
Failure to review the size chart before ordering
Ordering multiple sizes and wanting to return the ones that don't fit

Please carefully review the size chart, product description, and color options before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Incorrectly fulfilled
Different from the product you ordered

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send us:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photos showing the issue
Photos of the packaging when relevant

If the problem is confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate replacement or refund, as applicable.

Please do not send an item back to us without contacting us first. Because our products are fulfilled through Printful, unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may be sent to the wrong location.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, work with our fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
